Fashion shows are crazy, wild, and chaotic as well as a whole lot of fun! Surviving in
Fashion is a part of Samina Mughal's SMGlobal Fashion show and she is gracious
enough to let us participate for the past 12 years. She has shows in New York, London,
Paris, and Dallas. We have plans to participate in London and Paris before COVID hit. It
creates a lot of awareness and wonderful memories and friendships.

As we move from this fashion show season to the next, we are looking for Stage 4
cancer patients and their caregivers to participate in the upcoming February show
during acclaimed New York Fashion Week.

Your travel expenses will be covered (airfare or gas, hotel for one night, ground
transportation if needed), a gown or tux will be provided, and you will have the privilege
of sharing your cancer journey and LIVING with cancer to a national audience. At the
same time, you will enjoy a once in a lifetime experience of glamour and pampering.

No gown fits or looks like the picture. That adds to the chaos! Darlene will be on hand
to make alterations. She works miracles. And if all else fails, we have backup gowns in
every size. Wear comfortable shoes and jewelry that makes you happy!
