Say YES to Hope
THE HOPEMOBILE

Hope should not depend on your ZIP code.

So sometimes, hope has to roll right up to you.

The HopeMobile brings conversations, cancer information, navigation, peer support, and practical next steps directly into communities. We meet people where they are — geographically, emotionally, and wherever they may be in their cancer journey.

Information opens doors. Relationships help people walk through them.

WHY WE GO

Every community holds a different story.

When the HopeMobile arrives, we meet people at completely different points in their journey. Some are newly diagnosed. Some are searching for another option. Some are caregivers. Some have never had anyone sit down and simply ask, “What do you need?”

We listen first.

Trust is not assumed. It is built one conversation at a time, often by slowing down long enough to hear what someone has not yet been able to say.

We uncover the gap.

Unmet needs become clearer up close — transportation, understanding a diagnosis, biomarker testing, trial questions, second opinions, food, fear, or simply not knowing where to begin.

We turn hope into a next step.

Hope becomes practical when a person leaves with a phone number, a resource, a question for their doctor, a peer connection, or one more option worth exploring.

WHAT HAPPENS AT A HOPEMOBILE STOP

It starts with a conversation — not a clipboard.

The HopeMobile is designed to make cancer support feel human. People can step in with one question or a hundred. We help them sort through what matters most and connect the pieces.

1. MeetWe welcome patients, survivors, caregivers, families, and community members without requiring them to know exactly what they need.
2. ListenWe learn where they are in the journey, what they understand, what feels uncertain, and where the barriers may be.
3. ConnectWe introduce the right YES resources, trusted partners, questions, specialists, peer support, or trial-navigation pathways.
4. Follow ThroughA HopeMobile stop does not have to end when the bus drives away. The Survivor Line and YES community remain available afterward.
WHAT WE BRING

Tools for the questions people are actually asking.

  • Metastatic cancer education and RoadMaps
  • Biomarker and genetic-testing information
  • Multidisciplinary-care guidance
  • Clinical-trial navigation through TrialMagic
  • Survivor Line and FRIENDS peer support
  • Community resource connections
  • Practical navigation for the next conversation with a care team
WHO WE MEET

No two journeys arrive at the same place.

  • Someone newly diagnosed and overwhelmed
  • A patient who has been told there are no more options
  • A caregiver carrying questions they have not voiced
  • A survivor who wants to help someone coming behind them
  • A family facing financial or access barriers
  • A person who needs a second perspective or a better question
  • Someone who simply needs to hear, “You are not alone.”
HOPE, IN REAL LIFE

Sometimes the most important thing we bring is time to listen.

The HopeMobile creates a place for real conversations—one person, one question and one next step at a time.

Hope becomes visible when people feel welcome enough to step closer.
“The HopeMobile is not about driving into a community with all the answers. It is about arriving with enough time, enough heart, and enough knowledge to help someone find their next one.”
That is what hope looks like in motion.
HOPE BEYOND THE BUS

The goal is not a successful event. It is a meaningful next step.

We measure what matters: conversations started, people connected, barriers identified, resources delivered, follow-up created, and whether someone leaves with greater clarity about what they can do next.

HOPE CAN TRAVEL

Sometimes people cannot come to hope.
So hope goes to them.

A parking lot, a church, a clinic, a community center, a rural town, a city block — any of them can become the place where someone learns that another question, another conversation, or another possibility still exists.

Hope meets you where you are. ♡

WHY WE SHOW UP

Sometimes the person who most needs an answer is not sitting inside a cancer center. They may be at a community event, beside a family member, or simply trying to decide whom to trust. HopeMobile brings the conversation closer.
